# Beach House(Boardroom)

**Epoch duration:** 6 hours\

Deposits / Withdrawal of **$SHELL** into the Boardroom will lock **$SHELL** for 6 epochs (36hrs) and **$TURT** rewards for 3 epochs (18hrs). 

The above is the same for **$TURT** rewards claiming, this will lock staked **$SHELL** for 6 epochs  and the next **$TURT** rewards can only be claimed after 3 epochs (18hrs).\
